  • Build Google friendly sites. 
  • Use Google's Webmaster Tools to see how clients are performing in their search results. 
  • See how Google crawls and indexes your client's site.

This week in class, I learned that delighting customers is important in business. Most businesses spend their money and a lot of their time on acquiring customers. It's 6-7 times more costly to attract new customers than it is to keep existing customers.
